This Privacy Policy describes how Military EDU Partners, LLC ("Military EDU Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit militaryeduadvisors.com (the "Site") or use our school-matching services (the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Military EDU Advisors is a privately owned educational referral service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government, the Armed Forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency, and no government agency has reviewed or endorsed the information on this Site.
When you complete a matching form or otherwise contact us, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address and ZIP code, date of birth or age, highest level of education, graduation year, area or program of study, desired start date, military affiliation and branch, citizenship status, and other details relevant to matching you with educational programs.
We and our partners automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and the date and time of your visit. We also capture consent and lead-certification data through third-party verification services (for example, Jornaya/LeadiD and ActiveProspect/TrustedForm), which create a record of your form interaction and consent.
We operate as a lead-generation and referral service. This means that when you submit a matching request, we share the information you provide with educational institutions, their authorized agents, and marketing or lead-distribution partners so that they may contact you about their programs. The schools and partners you are matched with may include those you select as well as others whose programs fit the criteria you provide.

We do not sell information about you for money. Certain sharing with partners for marketing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state privacy laws; see Section 9 for your choices.
By submitting your information and providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Military EDU Advisors and the educational institutions or partners you are matched with regarding their programs. This contact may be made by telephone, text message (SMS), email, automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, at the number and email you provide, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply.
Providing this consent is not a condition of purchasing or enrolling in any program. You may opt out of calls and texts at any time by following the instructions in Section 9, by replying STOP to a text message, or by requesting removal during any call.
