The rules that apply when you use our site and school-matching services.
Effective Date: July 8, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of militaryeduadvisors.com (the "Site") and the school-matching and referral services offered by Military EDU Partners, LLC ("Military EDU Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Services"). By accessing the Site, submitting a matching form, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Military EDU Advisors is a privately owned educational referral service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government, the Armed Forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any other government agency, and no government agency has reviewed or endorsed the information on this Site.
Military EDU Advisors operates as a lead-generation and referral service. We help connect prospective students — including military service members, veterans, and their families — with educational institutions and programs that may fit their goals and benefits. We are not a school, and we do not provide education, admissions decisions, financial aid, tuition assistance, or benefits counseling. Any educational services are provided solely by the schools and partners you are matched with, under their own terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the authority to provide it.
When you complete a matching form, you ask us to connect you with educational institutions and programs. To do that, we share the information you provide with schools, their authorized agents, and marketing or lead-distribution partners so that they may contact you about their offerings. The schools and partners you are matched with may include those you select as well as others whose programs fit the criteria you provide. Details about the information we collect and how it is used and shared are described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your information through the Site — including your name, email address, and telephone number — you expressly consent to be contacted by Military EDU Advisors and by the educational institutions and partners you are matched with regarding their programs and related offerings.
You agree that this contact may be made by telephone call, text message (SMS/MMS), and email, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated texting technology, at the telephone number(s) and email address you provide — even if the number you provide is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent may be given for any number you have provided or later provide, including wireless numbers.
You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing, enrolling in, or receiving any goods, services, or educational program. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or asking to be removed during a call. For help, reply HELP to any text message or contact us using the information in Section 13.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Services. We do not guarantee admission, enrollment, acceptance, financial aid, scholarship, tuition assistance, eligibility for or amount of any education benefit, graduation, licensure, certification, employment, or any other result. Program availability, costs, requirements, and benefit acceptance are determined solely by the schools and applicable authorities.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Military EDU Partners, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
